01 General Terms and Conditions

Tkt999 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions apply to the Platform's website, mobile version, and all related services.

02 Account Register

To open an account with tkt999, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. tkt999 may request valid identification for age verification at any time.
• One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: Name, date of birth, phone number, and email must all be accurate.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Account Transfer: Selling, transferring, or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required at the time of registration, which involves submitting a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is completed.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All rules regarding financial transactions on tkt999 are outlined below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact the support team.
• Depositing using another person's account or payment method is prohibited.

Regarding Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Tkt999 reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Tkt999 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required, and a 30x wagering requirement applies.
• Reload Bonus: A weekly reload bonus is available for regular members. Wagering requirements must be met as per the terms.
• Cashback: VIP members receive a weekly cashback. Cashback is credited directly to the account.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus activates after your referred friend makes their first deposit.

Bonus Abuse is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any form of manipulation will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

05 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing on tkt999. These rules apply to all games — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG and are completely fair.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, tkt999 will settle the result in accordance with its established rules.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, all bets will be refunded.
• Once a bet is placed on any game, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except under specific conditions for live betting).
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, tkt999 reserves the right to void bets or withhold payment.
• Tkt999's decision shall be final in any dispute relating to game rules.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkt999 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's information.
• Accessing another person's account without authorization.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Attempting to exploit any system vulnerability or security weakness on the platform.
• Misusing bonuses in breach of any agreement or commitment.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Tkt999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of the Terms and Conditions.
• False information found during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's request (voluntary closure or under the Responsible Gaming policy).
• Under the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, members will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance — however, this may not be available if the closure is due to prohibited activity.

08 Responsible Gaming

Tkt999 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming is purely for entertainment and should never interfere with other aspects of your life.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• If needed, your account can be placed in "Cooling Off" mode for a set period of time.
• If a permanent Self-Exclusion request is submitted, tkt999 will permanently close the account.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between tkt999 and a member, we will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. Steps for dispute resolution:

• Second Step: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to senior management.
• Third Step: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be resolved through a neutral third-party arbitrator.

In the event of a dispute over game results, server logs and RNG records will serve as the final evidence. Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
